Life Skills Training
Life Skills focuses on the abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. Its objective is to enhance psycho-social skills that determine valued behavior, skills related to problem solving, critical thinking, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. ARIMT conducts regular sessions to enhance life skills that leads to qualities such as self-esteem, sociability, tolerance, take action and generate change, and to capabilities to have the freedom to decide what and how to do.
